CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment methods Accepted: - Cash, Apple pay, Zelle, and manual card entry. - Glossgenius processing fees apply to card payments A $10 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost at the time of your appointment. The booking fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation or no show. I understand that plans can change! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be subject to a 30% fee. Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or no shows may result in booking restrictions or a requirement to pay a higher deposit for future appointments.
